Brain anxiety and emotional anger with anger stress

First of all I'd like to point out why there is only anger and anxiety.  There are only 4 emotions present in the human mind, they are well-being, confidence, anger and anxiety.  Well-being and confidence being the positive side and anger and anxiety being the negative side.  Now, let's go in a little deeper and talk about anger and anxiety in greater detail, with of course cool diagrams!

The negative side of emotional energy we can call "stress" and the positive side we can call "self-esteem" or "happy".  In this article I am only going to be talking about the negative side and then I'll write up another article discussing the positive side.

Emotional Energy of Negative Emotions (Stress)

Brain anxiety and emotional anger with anger stress

As you can see with this basic scope that anger is one side and anxiety is the other, meaning they are opposite negative emotions.  Now a few questions you may be asking yourself is "But I feel anger and anxiety at the same time?" or "Where does other emotions like guilt fit in?"

These are good questions and I'll answer them now.  The picture shows a scope, this means that you can be either end of the extremes being completely angry or completely anxious but you can also be a mix of both and be in-between or maybe a little bit more angry than anxious, these are all possible and now this moves us on nicely to the other question.

"Where does other emotions like guilt fit in?"  This may look confusing at first, especially since I already told you there is only 4 emotions, but I'll explain.  Firstly all other NEGATIVE emotions fit on this scope, what do you feel when you feel guilty?  A little bit of anxiety? A lot of anxiety? So as this picture shows, guilt would be roughly here:

Can you see what I mean now?  Great!  Other negative emotions you can think of will also fit on there, another and last example lets try "hate".  When you hate someone/something and you feel hatred, what are you primarily feeling, anger or anxiety? I think it's a lot more anger so hatred would fit in around the very top of the anger scope.

I hope these answered your beginning questions! Now lets move on to the actual emotions of anger and anxiety!

Anger

Web definitions for anger

dictionary a strong emotion; a feeling that is oriented toward some real or supposed grievance

Do you completely understand what anger is?  Great!

There is only a few things you can do with anger, in fact there is only 3.  When you are angry you can either be childish and aggressive which is a destructive path or you can make no decision with you anger and let it build up inside and become depressed/sad or you can do the right thing which is assertiveness, this is the mature and the constructive path to take with anger.

Lets have a look at the anger map -

Brain anxiety and emotional anger with anger stress (anger map)

As you can see with the basic picture there are only 3 paths in which you can take, 2 are bad and 1 is good.  Always aim for the good path of constructive assertiveness, always.  The bad path will not only effect you but can also effect other people and if you choose aggression/destructive behaviour it may damage other people or yourself, so please be constructive.

A lot of people do not know that depression is turned-in anger, now you should be able to see it.  If you feel depressed/sad, release your anger through assertive behaviour.  To do this you can go to whoever or whatever is causing you anger and assertively tell that person or assertively fix/get rid of that thing and your anger/depression will fade away. Emotional anger and any anger related stress can be destroyed this way.

With this map you will always win against anger and you will always be able to keep your cool in stressful/anger inciting incidents, that we all at once stage have gone through or will go through, never let anger control you.  Especially now that you know how to control it.

Anxiety

Web definitions for anxiety

dictionary a relatively permanent state of anxiety occurring in a variety of mental disorders

Now we go on to the final negative scope emotion which is anxiety.  Anxiety is one of the most common emotions to face with daily, it's the emotion that is the driving point of all addictions, obesity and anything that you DO NOT WANT TO BE.

With this anxiety understanding and with the help of my anxiety map you should be able to clearly see your paths and take the best one.  Again, like anger there is only 3 paths to take with anxiety.  When you are anxious you are either in a masochistic attitude of "poor me", "boo hoo", "it always happens to me" whinny victim thinking path, which is BAD or you may be passive and not make any decision and simple act on impulses or you can take the best path and do courage, courage is doing the right thing.  Lets break these down with an anxiety map -

Brain anxiety and emotional anger with anger stress (anxiety map)

As you can see the anxiety map is very similar to the anger map, both drive emotion inside to result in a bad emotion when no decision is taken or you remain passive and waiting for something to happen on its own without acting.

A lot of people who I've talked to with anxiety issues have had a hard time accepting the act of courage, doing the right thing.  I think this is due to that fact, courage is scary.  I ASSURE you!  When you do courage, not only will your anxiety disappear but it will turn into confidence, how ever much anxiety you had before the act of courage is how much confidence you will gain, so its in your best interest to do courage as often as possible. Brain anxiety can be converted, remember this!

Impulsiveness is another issue all together since no decision is the biggest problem with our generation today, not everyone thinks for themselves anymore so they rely on things such as the TV to tell them what to do, this is bad.  Impulsiveness leads to addictions, obesity and basically a crap life.  So at all costs avoid no decisions/passive thoughts, get out there and do it, even if you do something wrong, you had the courage to do it, which will make you a 100% better person.  I guarantee it!
